ABOUT ME
Putting My Experience
to Work
I have been a public finance professional my entire career, having spent over 25 years helping cities, water agencies, and other government agencies with their most challenging financial issues.
This advice is backed by executive-level government experience; having served as a City Manager, and Finance Director (CFO).
I also served abroad, as a technical advisor for the US Treasury Department, helping make the government of Paraguay run more efficiently and cost-effectively.
I have a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, a MBA from UCLA, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
I am a registered Municipal Advisor with the SEC (Series 50 exam) .
I will use this financial expertise to ensure that the East Orange County Water District (EOCWD) maintains a culture of fiscal discipline.
